Renter Responsibility

Renters accept full responsibility for all items during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Secure handling and safe storage

• Avoiding exposure to liquids, oils, or excessive friction

• Timely return in clean, rentable condition

Item Condition

All items are rented in clean and good condition. By agreeing to our policies, you acknowledge receipt of item(s) in such condition and agree to return them in the same state—free of damage, stains, or excessive wear. Normal wear and tear will be evaluated at the sole discretion of the company.

Insurance & Misuse Policy

All neoncitybaby rental items are covered under our insurance policy for standard use during the rental period. This coverage does not apply in cases of loss, theft, or intentional misuse.

Rented items remain the property of neoncitybaby at all times. Failure to return an item, or attempting to permanently withhold it, will be treated as theft and reported accordingly. In such cases, you may be charged the full replacement value of the item, in addition to any applicable legal or recovery fees.

Price Lists

Before submitting a form, please review the current price list at the time of rental. All prices are subject to change at the discretion of Neoncitybaby. Any changes will be announced in advance. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us through email at neoncitybabyy@gmail.com.

Payment & Deposit

Renters agree to pay the full rental fee as outlined in the current price list. In addition:

• An additional $15 damage and security deposit applies to some of the high-ticket items. This fee will be listed on the items it applies to. The fee will be refunded upon item return in good condition.

• Acceptable payment methods include Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

• All payments must be completed prior to or at the time of item pickup or delivery.

Late Return Policy

Late returns will incur a $10/day fee unless prior arrangements are made in writing. Items not returned within 7 days of the due date will be considered lost, and you will be charged the item’s full replacement value.

Damage or Loss

If there is significant damage or the item is lost, the renter agrees to cover:

• The full replacement value if the item is lost or damaged beyond repair.

• A repair or professional cleaning fee if applicable, as determined by NeonCityBaby.

If an item is returned permanently stained or altered (e.g. smells, tears, water damage), it will be considered non-rentable, and you will be charged its full replacement cost. Future rental privileges may also be revoked.

Photo Documentation

Photos of each item will be taken before and after each rental. Returned items will be assessed against pre-rental condition photos for any damage.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total rental cost.

Laundry and Cleaning Included in Item Fees

All items are washed, cleaned, and sanitized accordingly in between each customer. This service is already included in each item fee.
